Location made it easy to reach the main areas of Asakusa with a train close by for other parts of Tokyo

Cute hotel with spacious rooms/apartments. Washington machine was a big help in the end of our Japan trip

Little bit too far from subway station

This was the perfect spot for our trip in Tokyo. It was super easy to navigate with nearby train stations, we took the trains everyday to get aorund Tokyo with no problem. The staff was super helpful, everything was very clean, functional, and exceeded our expectations. Would come again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean, which made our visit relaxing and enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, which was a great bonus. The staff were polite, courteous, and always willing to help. Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Room was very practical and well designed, clean, great amenities and stuff that could be borrowed from reception. Washing machine/dryer combo always great!

I got it mixed up with the one at Tawaramachi metro station - this one was a bit of a walk to the next station (asakusa). Very close to kitchen street though

Great location to Senso-ji Temple and Kappabashi Street. Complimentary coffee and water in lobby. Beds were comfortable. Very clean inside. Nice hotel staff.

The easiness of the whole process, the size and facilities of the rooms, the coffee in the lobby. Staff helped us send our luggage to the next hotel and understand the instructions on the washing machine - best to ask them directly, don’t struggle with it!

Corridor and staircase are in open air actually, it’s quite safe but if you are afraid of heights better to ask for lower floors.

Honestly it was perfect and spacious has all the facilities in the room I stayed for 20 days and it felt like home it is around 10 min from the closest station

I liked the main front desk man. He was awesome! Customer service 10/10

The light near the bathroom automatically comes on. So when you wake up at 3am to pee, you wake everyone. Still 10/10

Lots of space

The staff was very helpful and assisted with many questions regarding the area.The complimentary items were also very helpful, specifically, the boardgames and uno was really cool!

The way the table was situated was a bit tight due to the ladder in the bunk beds. It would be best to move the ladder so we can all sit at the table (in room of4).

The beds were very comfortable, and it was nice that they provided pajamas for us, which my kiddo loved. Checking in and out was easy, and it was generally a very quiet space. The AC worked well, thank goodness, because it was severely hot during our visit. I appreciated the drying rack and hangers provided. The location was pretty convenient.

The bathroom had a strong urine smell despite being very clean looking.

Exceptional room with large space when compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Friendly staff and the neighborhood is amazing for families.

The bed is very comfortable comparing to the price The room layout and how it design the space is really attention to traveler. Even it small but design with good care.

A bit walking distance from JR and Subways

- Good room layout made it a comfortable stay for four- Quiet location- Washing machine in room made it very convenient especially for summer heat

No blackout shades/curtains on windows had us up at 5am

A very quiet place with close proximity to the train stations ( short train ride to Tokyo station), short walk to beautiful Senso-ji Temple , Kaminarimon, Nakamise shopping, DonQ and convenient stores. Staff welcomes you with a kind homey vibe. And the place has all the comforts we need.

Excellent location - right on Kappabashi street, walking distance to Senso Ji and Ueno park. Quiet neighborhood at night and plenty of tourists/eating spots available during the day. Polite and helpful staff, clean and well stocked rooms. Out room also had quite a beige view of Tokyo Tower.

Great spot, had everything we needed. Comfortable, spacious and easy access to Asakusa sights.
